How long does delivery take?
7-9 days, anywhere in Pakistan.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, all over Pakistan. Delivery is a flat PKR 250 for mini albums and PKR 500 for everything else, shown in your total before you order.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. After you approve your design you'll see our account details; upload a photo of your receipt and we'll confirm your order.
What photo quality do I need?
Photos straight from your phone camera work best. If a photo is too small to print sharply, our editor will warn you before you order.
Can I add my own captions?
Yes. Write your own caption on every print.
Can I change my design after approving?
No. What you approve is exactly what we print, so check every page first. Want something different? Start a new copy of your design.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?
We'll reprint it. Message us on WhatsApp within 15 days of delivery.
